Our guesthouse and the life on a farm
The „ Lederer Zuhaus " offers 3 appartments for up to 8 people.
Our family lives next door at the farm house „Ledererhof". The management and maintenance of the farm is a matter close to our hearts: We have cows, pigs, coats, chicken, our three horses „Blacky", „Allegra" & "Alexa", the farm cats "Muiz", "Mina" & "Lui" and not to forget our two dogs „Lucy" & „Frisch".
Behaviour rules for your own safety
Our farm is primarily a place of work. For your own safety we would like to inform you about a few
important behaviour rules:
- Our little animals as our cat and our dogs are used to playing around with children, but still remain animals. We therefore ask the parents to ensure that your children maintain the necessary respect for the animals and do not overwhelm the animals with too many loving " petting units.
- For the larger animals as pigs, cows, horses we would like to ask you and your children not to visit them alone please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to visit the animals, we will be happy to accompany you.
- Climbing around on machines, tractors and staying in the stable or hay barn are associated with big dangers. Therefore this is expressly prohibited. Please pay special attention to your children.
- The children are welcome to visit our own playground with slide and swing below Lederer's home. The same applies here: Please take care of your children. The use of the playground and the play equipment is at your own risk - we are not liable for any accidents.
- You are certainly aware that smoking and open flames in the vicinity of agricultural buildings, hay
and straw must be avoided ! Ashtrays are available on the balconies for smokers. Smoking in the
apartments is prohibited.

Alpbachtal Card
Gladly we give you the Alpbachtal Card upon arrival, with which you receive a variety of inclusive or discounted services in the holiday region Alpbachtal. More information can be found here:
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us or the tourist office in Alpbach, directly in the village centre below the church.
Bread Service
We are happy to fetch you fresh bread rolls in the morning and place them outside your door - if you want to take our bread service, please let us know the day before. You will then be billed on departure.
Farmer´s Eggs & Milk
Fresh eggs and milk from our farm are also available from us.
Homemade honey
Our son is a beekeeper and reaps the work of the busy bees. The honey is also available from us.
Alm-Visit (only in summer)
Our animals are on "summer vacation" at the Hösl-Alm in Alpbach. You are welcome to visit our alm on foot. The visit can be combined with a beautiful circular hike via the "Hösl"-chapel.
Horse drawn sleigh rides (only in winter)
We are happy to offer you our sleigh rides with "Blacky" and "Allegra". The horse drawn sleigh ride can also be combined with lunch or dinner at the Gasthof Roßmoos, for example. Please contact us for more information .
